💳 How Subscription and Invoicing Works at LeadCarnival
LeadCarnival uses a transparent, seat-based billing system powered by Stripe. Whether you're managing one LinkedIn profile or hundreds, our subscription system is designed to scale with you.
🪑 How Billing Works (Per Profile/Seat)
Each LinkedIn profile connected to LeadCarnival counts as one seat. You’re billed monthly or annually based on the number of active seats.
Example: If you're running campaigns for yourself and two clients, you'll be billed for three seats.
⚖️ Prorated Billing: Fair and Accurate Charges
We use prorated billing, which means:
- Adding a new profile mid-cycle charges you only for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.
- Removing a profile generates a credit for unused time, applied to your next invoice.
Example: If your monthly billing renews on the 1st and you add a profile on the 15th, you’ll only be charged for the remaining 15 days.
🧾 Where to View Invoices
Invoices are automatically emailed via Stripe every time you're charged.
To view billing history in-app:
- Go to Account Settings
- Click the Billing tab
- View, download, or print your invoices
🔄 Upgrading, Downgrading, or Canceling
- Add Profile: Click
+ Add New Profile
→ Billing adjusts automatically (prorated). - Remove Profile: Pause or delete → Your next invoice reflects the change.
- Cancel Subscription: Cancel anytime from the Billing tab — your account stays active until the end of your billing period.
