πŸ•’ Why Are Some Messages Stuck or Delayed?​

If your messages seem stuck or are taking longer than expected to send, it’s usually due to one or more of the following reasons:


⏳ Working Hours Restriction​

Messages only send during the configured working hours (set under Profile Settings). If a message is scheduled outside your working window, it will be queued until the next available slot.


πŸ” Smart Sending Intervals​

LeadCarnival uses human-like delays to reduce LinkedIn detection risks:

  • Randomized delays between message sends
  • Gaps between sequence steps (e.g., connect β†’ wait β†’ message)
  • Respecting daily message limits and connection caps

πŸ“Ά Disconnected or Expired LinkedIn Session​

If your LinkedIn session has expired or the profile is disconnected:

  • Campaigns will automatically pause
  • Messages will queue until reconnection
  • A yellow warning icon appears on the dashboard

Reauthenticate under Settings β†’ Credentials.


⚠️ LinkedIn Action Limits​

LinkedIn may temporarily restrict messaging if:

  • You’re approaching daily connection/message limits
  • You have too many pending invites
  • LinkedIn detects unusual activity
  • The recipient’s settings block DMs from non-connections
