🔌 What if My LinkedIn Profile Gets Disconnected?​

Sometimes, LinkedIn may log you out or prompt reauthentication due to security policies or session expiration. LeadCarnival will immediately alert you so your outreach doesn’t skip a beat.

🔔 How You’ll Know​

  • ✅ You'll receive an email notification from LeadCarnival
  • ⚠️ The disconnected profile will be flagged with a yellow icon on its avatar in your dashboard

🔁 How to Reconnect Your Profile​

  1. Go to Settings → Credentials
  2. Click on LinkedIn Credentials
  3. Enter your LinkedIn email and password
  4. Submit the OTP verification code sent to your registered device/email
  5. You're done! ✅ Your campaigns will resume automatically
