📤 Can I Export Leads and Responses?​

Yes! LeadCarnival lets you export both leads and their conversation history for reporting, analysis, or CRM syncing.

🔄 Exporting Leads​

To export leads:

  1. Open any campaign
  2. Go to the Leads tab
  3. Click the Export option

You can export all leads or use filters to export only a specific segment.

📁 Exported CSV Includes:​

  • Name
  • Title
  • Company
  • LinkedIn profile URL
  • Campaign status (e.g., Invited, Connected, Replied)
  • Custom tags (if applied)

💬 Exporting Responses​

To export message threads:

  1. Go to the Inbox
  2. Select conversations you want to export

Message types that can be exported:​

  • LinkedIn connection messages
  • InMails
  • Direct messages
  • Email replies (if email steps were used)

📁 Exported Data Includes:​

  • Prospect’s name and LinkedIn URL
  • Full message thread
  • Timestamps for each message
  • Your replies (if sent)

This makes it easy to analyze performance, share reports, or maintain external backups of your outreach efforts.
