🚫 How to Blacklist Certain Contacts in LeadCarnival​

LeadCarnival includes a powerful blacklist engine that allows you to exclude specific contacts from all campaigns, inbox replies, AI suggestions, and imports.

This helps you avoid messaging:

  • Competitors
  • Past clients
  • Irrelevant leads
  • Internal team members

Once blacklisted, these contacts are completely blocked from all future outreach and automation.

🛠️ Ways to Blacklist Contacts​

You can blacklist contacts using any of the following identifiers:

  • ✅ LinkedIn Profile URL
  • ✅ Full Name
  • ✅ Company Name
  • ✅ Email Address
  • ✅ Domain / Website URL

📌 How to Add to Blacklist​

  1. Go to the Settings tab in your LeadCarnival dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Blacklist section
  3. Paste or upload any of the following:
    • LinkedIn URLs
    • Names
    • Company names
    • Emails or domains
  4. Click “Add to Blacklist”

Once added, these entries will be blocked from:

  • 🚫 Campaign targeting
