How do I edit a live campaign or sequence?

Make changes to your campaign on the fly — without disrupting leads who are already in progress.

✅ How to Edit a Live Campaign​

  1. Go to the Campaigns tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the campaign you want to update.
  3. Click into the Sequence section.
  4. Make changes to:
    • Message content
    • Step delays
    • Actions (e.g., send message, wait, withdraw)

⚠️ Important Note​

Changes will only apply to leads who haven’t reached that step yet.

  • Leads already past a step will continue based on the original configuration.
  • New leads added to the campaign will follow the updated version.

Need to pause or relaunch a campaign after editing? Use the status toggle at the top of the campaign view.
