📥 How to Import Leads into a Campaign
LeadCarnival makes it easy to import leads from various LinkedIn sources directly into your campaigns.
Follow these steps to import leads:
1. Log In
Log in to your LeadCarnival account.
2. Go to Campaigns
From the left-hand menu, navigate to the “Campaigns” tab.
- Select an existing campaign OR
- Click “+ Create New Campaign” to start from scratch
3. Import Your Leads
Under the “Leads” section of the campaign, choose how you want to import your leads:
- 🔍 LinkedIn Search URL
- 📊 Sales Navigator Search URL
- 👥 LinkedIn Group or Event
- 💬 Post Engagement (likes/comments)
- 📄 Paste LinkedIn Profile URLs manually
4. Name Your Lead List
Give your list a clear name to help you track different sources within your campaign.
👉 Example: CTO Prospects – Group A
, Post Engagement – Webinar 2025
5. View Your Leads
Once added, all imported leads will appear under the campaign’s Leads section.
- Leads are grouped by the list name you provided.
- You can manage, edit, or remove leads as needed from the dashboard.
